The role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you work across the entire stack. You pick up features from start to finish — you write the API, build the UI, and make sure it ships. You're comfortable in both frontend and backend, and you know when to go deeper on either side.
What you'll do
- Build features in React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js or Python on the backend
- Set up and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL
- Write well-tested, well-documented code that others can understand and extend
- Collaborate with designers to turn designs into working interfaces
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and technical reviews
What you bring
- At least 2 years of demonstrable full-stack experience
- Solid knowledge of React or Next.js and a backend language (Node.js or Python)
- Comfort with relational databases and writing SQL
- Familiar with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Bonus: experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Railway)
What we offer
- Salary: €3,800–€5,500 per month, depending on experience
- Hardware budget: €1,500 at start
- Learning budget: €800 per year
