Ontwikkelaars has a strong reputation among existing clients. Now we want to turn that into a consistent inbound stream of high-quality leads. We're looking for someone who thinks in data, runs experiments, and understands the difference between vanity metrics and actual growth.
The role
As Growth Marketer, you're responsible for increasing the visibility and lead generation of Ontwikkelaars. You work across multiple channels — SEO, content, paid ads, LinkedIn — and you drive toward measurable outcomes. You work closely with the sales and design teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy aimed at technical decision-makers
- Write or coordinate content: blog posts, case studies, landing pages
- Manage paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn with a focus on ROI
- Analyze website data and campaign results in GA4 and comparable tools
- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and email flows to improve conversion
What you bring
- A proven track record of growth across multiple marketing channels
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and paid channels
- Data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on numbers, not just intuition
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bonus: experience in B2B marketing targeting tech or software companies
What we offer
- Salary: €3,500–€5,000 per month, depending on experience
- Advertising budget to experiment with
- Learning budget: €800 per year for courses and tools
