The role
As Office & Finance Manager, you're responsible for the daily operations of our Amsterdam office and for coordinating our financial administration. You work closely with our external accountant, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the office is always ready to use — by the team and by clients.
What you'll do
- Manage the Amsterdam office: supplies, vendors, cleaning, facilities
- Coordinate financial administration in collaboration with the external accountant
- Process purchase invoices, expense reports, and payment orders
- Plan and organize team events, client visits, and meetings
- Support management with reports, contract management, and ad-hoc tasks
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in office management, financial administration, or a combination of both
- Precise, organized, and proactive — you don't wait to be asked, you handle things
- Good knowledge of Dutch accounting practices and experience with bookkeeping software (Exact, Moneybird, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Based in or near Amsterdam — office presence is required
What we offer
- Salary: €3,000–€4,500 per month, depending on experience
