The role
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you own the frontend of multiple client products at once. You collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers, but you also have the autonomy to make architectural decisions yourself. You're the person who sets the quality bar.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain production-grade frontends in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Translate Figma designs into interfaces that are pixel-perfect and accessible
- Contribute to component architecture decisions, performance optimization, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers when needed
- Communicate directly with clients on technical choices and expectations
What you bring
- At least 4 years of experience with React and TypeScript in production environments
- Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG)
- An eye for design — you know what looks right and why
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or comparable utility-first approaches
- Bonus: experience with animated interfaces (Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar)
What we offer
- Salary: €4,500–€6,500 per month, depending on experience
- Hardware budget: €1,500 at start for a laptop and peripherals of your choice
- Learning budget: €1,000 per year for courses, conferences, and books
- 25 vacation days per year
- Fully remote, with optional co-working budget of €150/month
