About Ontwikkelaars

The quality of our work directly depends on the quality of the people we hire. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who understands what separates a great engineer or designer from an average one — and who takes the competition for top talent seriously.

The role

As a Technical Recruiter, you're responsible for finding, qualifying, and hiring technical profiles — engineers, designers, product managers. You build a proactive pipeline, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding to make Ontwikkelaars a more attractive employer.

What you'll do

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals
  • Screen and qualify candidates for technical and product roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to signed offer
  • Build long-term relationships with talent pools for future openings
  • Contribute to employer branding through content, events, and partner initiatives

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
  • Experience in a startup, scaleup, or tech company — you understand the environment
  • A strong network in the tech community, or the skills to build one quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
  • Bonus: experience setting up an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)

What we offer

  • Salary: €3,000–€4,500 per month, depending on experience
  • Learning budget: €800 per year for recruitment conferences and tools
  • Access to paid sourcing tools and job boards
  • 25 vacation days
  • Fully remote
